Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Chi Omega was founded at DePauw University in 1885 by seven undergraduate music students. Their badge, the golden lyre, symbolizes their ties to their founding. Alpha Chi’s open motto “Together let us seek the heights,” is reflected in the sisterhood shared at chapters across the nation. Beta Sigma was honored as the top Alpha Chi chapter in the nation for six consecutive years from 2002 to 2008.
The sisters of Alpha Chi are very proud of their leadership on campus and in the community. Alpha Chis pride themselves for setting high academic standards and continually boast a high chapter grade point average.
